Craving a restaurant-quality steak dinner, but short on time? Look no further! This recipe delivers a perfectly seared, juicy New York or sirloin steak paired with a crisp and refreshing radish salad in just 25 minutes. It's a surprisingly simple dish that explodes with flavor.

What makes this recipe special? First, we're harnessing the power of a properly seasoned steak. A generous dose of kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper creates a beautiful crust during the searing process, locking in the delicious juices. And the secret to that perfect sear? A screaming hot cast-iron skillet! It's essential for achieving that coveted Maillard reaction, the culinary magic that creates incredible depth of flavor.

But it's not just about the steak. The vibrant Radish Salad provides a refreshing counterpoint to the richness of the meat. Thinly sliced radishes offer a subtle peppery bite, while cucumber adds a cooling element. Tossed in a simple sherry vinegar vinaigrette, this salad is both light and flavorful – the perfect complement to the steak.

Plus, this recipe is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and even Low Fod Map friendly, making it a fantastic option for those with dietary restrictions. Whether you're looking for a satisfying lunch, an elegant main course, or a quick and easy dinner, this Perfect Steak with Radish Salad is sure to impress.
