The star of this recipe is the fragrant basmati rice, which is cooked to perfection and infused with the delicate aroma of saffron. The saffron not only adds a beautiful golden hue but also imparts a subtle, luxurious flavor that sets this rice apart from ordinary dishes. The yogurt mixture, seasoned with a pinch of salt and saffron-infused water, coats the rice, giving it a creamy and tangy twist that complements the nutty taste of the basmati rice.

One of the highlights of this recipe is the crispy, golden-brown crust that forms at the bottom of the rice.
