  • serving salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, combine egg, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into pan, and cook stirring for 3 to 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in pesto.
