Directions

  1. Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl; pour water over cauliflower. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at HIGH 6 minutes or until done.
  2. Drain cauliflower, and return to dish.
  3. Add pesto, salt, and pepper; toss well. Cover; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until hot.
