  • 15.6 oz carrot bread mix quick
  • 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 tsp ground nutmeg 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare bread mix as directed on package. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp. of the vanilla.
  2. Spread batter into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and remaining 1/2 tsp. vanilla until well blended. Blend in eggs.
  4. Pour over batter in pan; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  6. Cut into bars.
