Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons capers 
  • cups rice hot cooked
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • cup low-salt beef broth 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup pimiento-stuffed olives coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup raisins 
  • tablespoon tomato paste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion; saut 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
  4. Add broth and next 5 ingredients (broth through pepper); stir well. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
  6. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
