  • 0.1 teaspoon chipotles in adobo canned minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon chili powder 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cups wedges honeydew melon cubed
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon lime zest grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 teaspoons serrano chiles seeded finely chopped ( 1)
  • cups watermelon red cubed seeded
  • cups watermelon yellow cubed seeded
  • 0.5 cup onion white chopped
