  •  nectarines thinly sliced
  • tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • 0.3 small onion red thinly sliced
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar

  3. Pour off pickling liquid from nectarines and onion, reserving liquid.

  5. Place burrata on plates, top with salad, and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
