  • 10 ounce cabbage shredded
  •  cucumber peeled chopped
  • bunch green onions chopped
  • servings salt and ground pepper black to taste
  • large tomatoes peeled chopped
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup sugar white
  • 0.3 cup vinegar white

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, cucumber, green bell pepper, tomato, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Cook and stir sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
