  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

  •  cranberry-orange relish peeled sliced
  • 0.5  cucumber thinly sliced
  • small bell pepper red yellow cut into thin strips
  • 0.1 teaspoon chili powder 
  • sprigs cilantro leaves fresh
  • cups frangelico julienned peeled
