Ingredients

  • pound diestel breakfast sausage uncooked
  • 0.5 cup coarse-ground mustard 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise light
  • 16 ounce crescent rolls refrigerated canned

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • baking sheet
  • paper towels
  • oven

Directions

  1. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until browned and thoroughly cooked.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Divide crescent rolls into individual triangles.
  4. Place one cooked sausage link in center of each dough triangle.
  5. Roll up, starting at wide end. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Stir together mustard, mayonnaise, and honey.
  8. Serve with sausage rolls.
