  • tablespoons coconut liqueur 
  • teaspoon coconut extract 
  • servings ice cubes crushed
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup rum light
  • 0.3 cup nonfat milk powder dry instant
  • 12 ounce pineapple juice concentrate frozen undiluted thawed canned
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions
