  •  avocado ripe
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.3 cup pistachios finely chopped

Directions

  1. Cook pistachios in butter in a medium skillet, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
  2. Remove from pan, and cool.
  3. Mash avocado in a medium bowl. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Add toasted nuts, mayonnaise, and pepper.
