  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating 
  • 0.8 cup evaporated milk 
  • drop food coloring green
  • cups marshmallow crème 
  • cup pistachios chopped
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 2.5 cups sugar white

Directions

  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter; boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and candy coating. Stir in pistachios, vanilla and food coloring.
  4. Add more drops of food coloring to achieve desired color.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and cool.
