  • 0.7 cup corn flakes/bran flakes (such as Grape-Nuts)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds 
  • 0.7 cup cherries dried sweet
