  • oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 2.3 oz olives ripe drained sliced canned
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper diced red finely
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  • serving tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Set oven control to broil. On 12- or 13-inch round ovenproof serving plate, spread cream cheese in thin layer. In small bowl, mix pizza sauce and garlic; spread over cream cheese. Top with pepperoni, olives, bell pepper and onions.
  2. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Broil with top 4 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle with basil.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
