Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup almonds chopped
  • ounce ham diced cooked
  • 8-inch flour tortillas ()
  • small bell pepper diced green
  • ounce dole pineapple tidbits drained canned
  • 0.3 cup pizza sauce 
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • medium tomatoes diced

Equipment

  • oven

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients.
  2. Brush tortillas with pizza sauce.
  3. Spread one-fourth of tomato mixture down center of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
