Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter soft
  • 0.5 cup cheese mixed red good grated (sharp cheddar, Wensleydale, Gloucester and Leicester are all ones)
  • 0.3 cup cheese soft (such as brie or camembert)
  • tablespoon jam 
  • tablespoon pearl onions finely chopped ( 6)

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine grated cheese, soft cheese, marmalade, butter, and pearl onions.
  2. Mix with a rubber spatula until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Spoon mixture onto a long piece of plastic wrap, then gently form into a tube so that the mixture is fully enclosed in the plastic wrap.
