  • 0.1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt 
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon rosemary fresh finely minced
  • tablespoons honey

  1. Place Pluots, honey, 4 teaspoons vinegar,1 tablespoon lemon juice, lemon peel,rosemary, coarse salt, and pinch of pepperin small saucepan. Bring to boil overmedium-high heat, stirring. Reduce heatto medium-low. Simmer until fruit hasbroken down and mixture is thick, stirringoccasionally, about 20 minutes. Cool.Adjust seasonings; add chives.
