  • strips bacon 
  • slice bread french italian
  • teaspoon butter 
  •  poached eggs 
  • handful frisée lettuce fresh
  • teaspoon shallots chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin 
  • tablespoon red-wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • serving salt and pepper to taste
