  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • pounds strips. 
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • ounce morel mushrooms dried
  • teaspoon salt 
  • cup water boiling

Directions

  1. Combine dried mushrooms and water in a bowl; cover and let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
