Ingredients

  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • tablespoon cider vinegar 
  • clove garlic minced
  •  bell pepper green sliced
  • 0.5  juice of lemon juiced
  •  onion thinly sliced
  • dash pepper sauce hot
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless cut into strips
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Place chicken in sauce, and turn once to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add chicken strips to the pan, and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the onion and green pepper, and saute another 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
