  • pound flank steak trimmed
  • teaspoons bottled ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • tablespoon honey 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes, and remove from heat.
  3. Place steak on a foil-lined broiler pan.
  4. Brush half of soy mixture over steak; broil 5 minutes or until browned. Turn steak over; brush with remaining soy mixture. Broil for 5 minutes or until browned.
  5. Remove from oven; wrap foil around steak.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve steak with pan juices.
