  • lb pork shoulder boneless trimmed cut into 2-inch chunks, of excess fat
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • cloves garlic 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • large onion quartered
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • teaspoons salt
