Ingredients

  • 1.3 pounds lamb rib chops boneless
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups green beans frozen thawed (from 1-pound bag)
  • 10.8 ounces campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup canned
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • tablespoons pimientos chopped
  • 2.8 ounces bread canned

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches, with cooking spray. Trim fat from pork if necessary.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork in skillet about 10 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  4. Place in baking dish.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients except onions in medium bowl.
  6. Spread over pork chops.
  7. Bake uncovered about 50 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle onions over casserole.
  9. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
