  • cup apples chopped
  • tablespoons apple jelly 
  • cup apple juice 
  • tablespoon butter 
  • 0.5 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped (1 medium)
  • 16 oz pork chops smoked boneless
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • oz bread stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and celery; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add apple, raisins and apple juice; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix.
  5. Spread mixture in sprayed baking dish. Top with pork chops. Cover with foil; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 350F.
  7. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover baking dish; brush pork chops with jelly.
  9. Bake uncovered an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until pork chops are thoroughly heated.
