  • teaspoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black divided freshly ground
  • cup cherry preserves 
  • 16 ounce loin pork chops boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle pork with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Add pork to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
  4. Remove pork from pan, and keep warm.
  5. Add preserves, vinegar, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper to pan. Cook 30 seconds, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
  6. Serve with pork.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
