- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried crushed
- 4 pork chops boneless
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned.
- Remove chops.
- Add mushrooms and oregano and cook until tender.
