  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • clove garlic minced
  • tsp oil 
  • lb pork tenderloin cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • small bell pepper red chopped

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done.
  3. Remove to serving plate; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add wine, peppers and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add cream cheese; cook 4 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in parsley.
  6. Spoon sauce over meat.
