  • Tbsp lite catalina dressing kraft
  • 1.5 cups brown rice long-grain hot cooked
  • cup mushrooms fresh quartered
  • clove garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp gingerroot minced
  •  green onion chopped
  • 1.5 tsp oil 
  • 0.5 lb pork tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup snow peas fresh
  • 1.5 tsp lite soy sauce 
  • 0.5 small bell pepper yellow cut into strips

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat.
  2. Add meat; stir-fry 1 min.
  3. Add next 5 ingredients; stir-fry on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until meat is lightly browned.
  4. Add dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Top with nuts and onions.
  6. Serve over rice.
