Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon five-spice powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 1.5 tablespoons ginger fresh grated peeled
  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • pounds pork tenderloin trimmed cut into 32 pieces
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh ( 2 limes)
  • 0.8 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • inch pineapple fresh ( 1 medium)
  • 0.3 cup pineapple juice 
  • inch onion red ( 1 small)

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add pork. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Remove pork from bag, reserving 1/2 cup marinade. Thread 4 pork pieces, 4 pineapple cubes, and 2 onion pieces alternately onto each of 8 (12-inch) skewers.
  4. Place kebabs on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 10 minutes or until done, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
