Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup bourbon 
  • 36 servings bourbon sauce 
  • tablespoon rosemary dried
  •  garlic cloves 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil; peanut oil preferred 
  • 1.5 pound pork tenderloins 
  • teaspoon greek seasoning 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce 
  • 36  yeast rolls split

Directions

  1. Cut several small slits in pork; stuff garlic into slits.
  2. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; add pork. Cover and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 16
  4. Remove from oven; cool.
  5. Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  6. Pour Bourbon Sauce over pork; cover and chill 8 hours.
  7. Serve pork on split rolls.
