  • cups crimini mushrooms fresh thinly sliced
  • cups bell pepper frozen (from 1-lb bag)
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • 10-inch flour tortilla (8 to )
  • serving cream sour
  • serving salsa chunky-style

Directions
