  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • teaspoon oregano dried fresh chopped
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried fresh chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  •  portabello mushrooms fresh
  • oz feta cheese crumbled

Directions

  1. In large glass or plastic bowl or resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix oil, vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt and garlic.
  2. Add mushrooms; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate 1 hour.
