  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing kraft
  • lb beef sirloin steak boneless cut into thin strips
  • cups carrots sliced
  • Tbsp oil 
  • cups mushrooms and slivered onions fresh sliced
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 0.8 lb potatoes white quartered ( 4)

Equipment

  • wok

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. or until evenly browned.
  3. Remove from wok; set aside.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots and water to wok; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add mushrooms, onions, dressing and meat; stir-fry on medium-high heat 5 min. or until heated through.
