  • 0.3 cup onions chopped
  • cup cheddar pepper jack cheese shredded mexican style kraft finely
  • 0.5 cup pepper rings green
  • cup potatoes shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook bacon in medium nonstick ovenproof skillet 4 min.; drain.
  3. Add potatoes and onions; cook 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in eggs.
  5. Remove from heat. Top with cheese and peppers; cover.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until center is set.
