Ingredients

  • tablespoons chives chopped
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup peas green shelled
  • 0.1 teaspoon cracked pepper 
  • pounds potatoes red ( 7 medium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 0.5 cup tarragon vinegar

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, partially covered, 25 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add green peas; cook 1 minute.
  3. Drain; let cool slightly.
  4. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
  5. Combine the potatoes, green peas, parsley, chives, and basil in a large bowl.
  6. Combine vinegar and remaining ingre-dients in a small bowl, and stir with a whisk.
  7. Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently to coat.
