Ingredients

  • ounce tomato sauce canned
  • 16 ounce canned tomatoes whole with liquid peeled canned
  • pound ground beef 
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  •  onion chopped
  • teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  •  potatoes cubed peeled
  • teaspoons salt 
  • cups water

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain
  3. In a large saucepan, combine hamburger mixture, tomatoes (in juice), potatoes, and tomato sauce.
  4. Mix well. Stir in water, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
