  • 1.5 teaspoons rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • large garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • ounces potatoes - remove skin cut into 6 wedges ( 3)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper in medium bowl to coat.
  2. Transfer potatoes to small baking sheet; roast 20 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Add garlic and rosemary to potatoes; toss. Roast until potatoes are just tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to plate; serve.
