  • 0.5 pound ground beef lean
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • ounces mushrooms green drained giant® canned
  • 4.7 oz potatoes betty crocker®
  • 0.3 cup cream sour
  • 2.3 cups water hot

Directions

  1. Cook beef and garlic powder in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in Potatoes, Sauce
  2. Mix, hot water and milk.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream; heat just until hot.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
