Looking for a delicious and easy-to-make main dish that's both gluten-free and dairy-free? Look no further than these Prego® Porcupine Meatballs! In just 35 minutes, you can serve up a hearty lunch or dinner that's packed with flavor and perfect for five people. Each serving comes in at around 413 calories, making it a satisfying yet guilt-free option.

These meatballs get their unique "porcupine" appearance from the addition of cooked rice, which not only adds an interesting visual element but also helps to lighten up the meatball texture. The recipe calls for ground turkey as the protein of choice, seasoned with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and dried oregano leaves, ensuring a tasty and lean meal.

To keep things simple, the meatballs are cooked in a savory Prego® sauce, either Traditional Italian or Tomato, Basil & Garlic, which not only imparts rich flavor but also helps to keep the meatballs moist and tender as they cook through. In just 10 minutes on low heat, you'll have a delectable main dish that's ready to serve with your favorite sides.

Whether you're looking for a quick weeknight dinner or a crowd-pleasing lunch option, Prego® Porcupine Meatballs are sure to hit the spot. So why not give them a try and discover a new family favorite recipe?
