  • Dash ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • ounces prune- cut to pieces pitted
  • cup concord grape kosher wine (such as Manischewitz)

Directions

  1. Combine wine and prunes in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Place prune mixture in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  3. Add cooking liquid, honey, and cinnamon; process until blended.
