Ingredients

  • 18 oz barbecue sauce 
  • large boston lettuce leaves 
  • 0.3 cup apple cider vinegar 
  • cups coleslaw mix homemade store-bought
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  •  hawaiian rolls whole-wheat
  •  onion finely chopped
  • pounds chicken breast boneless skinless
  • teaspoon all the tabasco sauce you handle

Directions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with onion and garlic.
  3. Whisk together barbecue sauce, vinegar and Tabasco; pour on top. Cover and cook on low until chicken is cooked through, 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from slow cooker and let cool slightly; shred. Stir chicken back intosauce.
  5. Arrange chicken on buns or lettuce leaves, if desired. Top with coleslaw and tops of buns, then serve immediately.
