  • tablespoon agave nectar 
  • small banana 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • teaspoons ground flaxseed 
  • teaspoons hemp oil 
  • cup ice cubes 
  • small cranberry-orange relish peeled
  • tablespoon pumpkin seeds raw
