  • 29 ounce tomatoes diced canned peeled
  • 15.3 ounce kidney beans canned drained
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • ounce ortega® chiles diced green canned
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • clove garlic 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 15 ounce libby's® pumpkin 100% pure canned
  • cup bell peppers red chopped
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup kernel corn whole

Directions

  1. HEAT vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add turkey; cook until browned.
  4. Drain.
  5. ADD tomatoes with juice, pumpkin, tomato sauce, beans, chiles, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
