  • tablespoon sage fresh chopped
  • 2.5 cups milk 1% low-fat
  • ounce parmesan fresh shaved
  • ounces parmesan fresh grated
  • 1.3 cups polenta dry instant
  • 1.3 teaspoons salt 
  • cups water
