  • cups flat parsley packed (from 2 large bunches)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon shallots finely chopped
  • 0.5 pound cherry tomatoes assorted halved quartered (preferably heirloom varieties)
