Ingredients

  • cups tender purslane sprigs and leaves packed (from a 1-pound bunch)
  • cups flat-leaf parsley leaves packed (from 2 large bunches)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon shallots finely chopped
  • 0.5 pound if assorted halved quartered (preferably heirloom varieties)

Directions
