Ingredients

  • oz chilis green drained chopped canned
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.1 teaspoon hot sauce red
  •  eggs 
  • 0.8 cup salsa thick
  • cup frangelico 
  • cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle chiles and cheese in pan.
  3. In medium bowl, stir all remaining ingredients except salsa with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes.
  7. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
  8. Serve with salsa.
