  • tablespoons olive oil 
  •  onion chopped
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoons sugar white

    2. Add chicken, and brown lightly.
    3. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well.
    4. Pour over chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes.
